Finally, it is UN-official! Next year will be the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology. 100 years after the formulation of quantum mechanics in 1925 it has a huge impact on all of us. There will be many nice events (for DPG events see quantum2025.de)

Just in: The @UN has proclaimed 2025 as the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology. This year-long, worldwide initiative will celebrate #QuantumScience progress and its importance to #SustainableDevelopment worldwide. Learn more: quantum2025.org #IYQ2025

I had a great time at the 18th Capri Spring School! It was great to present my research on a multi-qubit coupler and discuss with other students and experts. I want to especially highlight the great lectures of Michel Devoret, @PedramRoushan and @AndreasAtETH !

Congratulations to our PhD student Verena Feulner who won one of the poster prizes at the WE-Heraeus-Seminar on Quantum Computing and Simulation in the NISQ Era in Bad Honnef for her poster about her research on a SNAIL-element used as a multi-qubit coupler. @vefe101 @FauQuantum

When I was learning quantum computing, there was basically nowhere on the internet to get good answers to questions. Coding places didn't understand quantum. Physics places didn't understand computing. The qc stack exchange being created quantumcomputing.stackexchange.com was such a relief.
