I've been scaling into $CVX & $CRV at these levels. 1. Onchain Stablecoins have been mooning since 2023 regardless of market conditions. 2. Curve DEX volumes have been steadily increasing since September of 2023 and TVL stands at ~$2B. 3. RWAs are one of the hottest markets in crypto and Curve is the home of deep stablecoin liquidity and bribes which is a combo you can't get elsewhere. 4. Napier Finance, Resupply, Yield Basis, and Curvance are all protocols building on top of Curve that will launch in the next few weeks/months. Supercharging the flywheel. 5. $crvUSD TVL has been falling causing $CRV fees to pull back substantially. Resupply (leverage stable looping) and Napier Finance (yield trading) both have mechanisms to make crvUSD TVL sticky. crvUSD at $1B of TVL annually would make ~$45M in fees per year, the dex fees annualized right now are $33M. $crvUSD at the size of $USDe from Ethena ($5.8B) would clear $250M per year in fees from $crvUSD alone. In my opinion, $CRV / $CVX are extremely close to bottomed, and I expect the narrative to change very quickly in the next few months. $CRV is the Bitcoin of DeFi.
