@RamMNK & @naralokesh Sir, NRIs from A.P are struggling with poor connectivity to VJA/Amaravati Airport even after 10 years of state bifurcation. A link from US via Middle east would help immensely. Current Air India routes take over 24 hrs. We still go to Hyd for flights.

@airindia I have responded in the DM to give me a full refund as your alternate arrangements doesn’t work for me. You have just now sent me travel documents, I don’t need them, just give me a refund. I have made other arrangements to be on time in Chicago for an important meeting.

@airindia , what kind of airline are you? I am not sure why I flew you guys for so many years when everyone said not to. I have a Del to Chicago flight that you rescheduled to Emirates and you refunded for one passenger and not for the other. Please get your act together.

I thought when TATA took over, things would get better, I was 200% wrong. On the call for the past 1.5 hours and no customer service….

@airindiain How come there is no Lounge for Business class passengers in the Delhi airport? For the exorbitant ticket prices you charge to Chicago you should atleast provide lounge access to business class passengers.
