"Your political decision [to move to BJP] is being criticised. Prima facie, there is no personality right violation." Delhi HC observes as it reserves verdict on an interim application filed by BJP MP Raghav Chadha seeking removal of defamatory content against him. @raghav_chadha #raghavchadha

“Tyranny of the unelected” was used in reference to judges for what the Hon’ble MP viewed as judicial “manmarzi” in several matters, including appointments to various bodies. Concerns about judicial overreach and lack of accountability are HARDLY IMAGINARY. So many of them are reflected in many of the courts’ own orders and institutional practices. Entire volumes could be written documenting such instances. If someone chooses to call this out, then what exactly is wrong with that? And more importantly, why should such criticism be beyond discussion in a constitutional democracy? A judge’s residence can be found with crores of rupees in cash BURNING, yet NO FIR follows. But if citizens question the institution or criticise its functioning, they have to risk such contempt proceedings? And then the court will want public trust and respect?!

Virat Kohli has spoken openly about struggling with feelings of imposter syndrome during different phases of his career, revealing that even at the peak of success he sometimes questioned his own worth. He credited former India coach Rahul Dravid for playing a key role in helping him manage these mental challenges. Dravid’s calm guidance, support, and emphasis on self-belief helped Kohli develop a stronger mental approach to the game. The article highlights how mental resilience, mentorship, and honest conversations played a crucial role in shaping Kohli’s mindset and sustaining his elite performance in international cricket. #ViratKohli #RahulDravid #ImposterSyndrome #IndianCricket #MentalHealthInSports #IndiaTodaySocial
