Mamata Banerjee’s decision not to resign could be absolutely justified according to the judgment given by CJI Chandrachud in the Uddhav Thackeray vs Maharashtra Government case.
The court did not restore Uddhav Thackeray to his position mainly because, after the controversial developments, he had resigned on his own.

1. Time when fire started
2. Time when Fire Emergency was called
3. Time when Fire brigade reached the spot
4. Time when rescue started
Why are these details missing ?

Shri @abhishekaitc has challenged @ECISVEEP to release the complete CCTV footage from 100 specific assembly constituencies for the entire day, with particular focus on the six hours between 12 PM and 6 PM. He has further stated that he is more than willing to produce credible, documented evidence before the media proving that the serial numbers of EVMs brought in for counting did not match Form 17C. Additionally, several EVMs, despite having been used for the entire day of polling, arrived at counting centres with over 90 percent battery charge intact. Anyone who understands how these machines work knows what that means. It means they were tampered with. The Election Commission can continue feeding its selective leaks to Godi Media. Or it can accept this challenge, release the footage, and prove us wrong. We are waiting.

The kind of gloating coming from within own India Alliance over the failure of TMC and DMK is shameful to see. Saw similar boasting when Arvind Kejriwal, Tejaswi Yadav (part of India Alliance) lost and in AAP’s recent split. And now are aiming their guns at Akhilesh Yadav for the upcoming UP elections.
These divides are exactly what the voters reject and BJP exploits. 2024 was not one party leading the way in the opposition, it was a joint collaborative effort by all parties combined. So please back off and remember the spirit of why India Alliance came about in the first place.

Why do commentators forget that the BJP has more than 6 times as much money power than the next party? You need money just to pay for the petrol bills and tea and snacks of your party workers.
