Stuck in a loop with @sewa_shar 4 months and yet no resolution on my refund amount. Keep asking me to go to @AlAnsariEx to sort it out when @AlAnsariEx have categorically advised they can't help. I am not in the UAE anymore all this because Sewa's direct credit malfunctioned.
@AlAnsariEx what will it take for you to respond. I have sent emails, comments on your posts as well as messages on LinkedIn. Anyone working on the social teams. I am trying to get your attention for weeks now.. will tag your CEO on this Friday if you don't find the time soon.

@sewa_sharjah Hello again, while your representative did get in touch then my issue still stands unresolved. @AlAnsariEx too was involved however I am still waiting for my refund amount. I told in November that it can take weeks so am reaching out after a month of waiting.
@venusdias Thank you for reaching out. The relevant department has informed us that the remaining insurance amount has been transferred to Al Ansari Exchange. Please visit them to collect the amount.
@sewa_sharjah I have written multiple mails without any response from you. I am no longer in the UAE but somehow am expected to collect my refund from an exchange house. I had visited the Service centre prior to my departure to explain everything and was assured a bank credit.
@sewa_sharjah I have mentioned a few times already that i am not longer in UAE so can't collect. A Sewa rep has connected with me a few minutes ago and is looking into the case. I appreciate your support. Hope this gets closed soon. Thanks.

Day 3 of wifi issues and still no resolution in sight. Only automated responses with the same message, your service team are dodging calls all day, cannot talk to a human anywhere. Is this what you promised?

@DrSJaishankar Dear Sir, I'm sorry to bother you with such mundane issues. This is about my passport renewal. I submitted my application on July 25 in the UAE, and I received an update on July 27 that it's with the police station for verification.
