They gave one hibiscus plant as a return gift at a wedding. Nice and lush green. Fellow was in one of those little growth bags. Ugly and black.
I brought him home, put him in an actual pot, added vermi-compost to the soil, a few days later topped it with seaweed extract (really good for plants), looked up hibiscus plant watering schedule and followed it diligently.
Yesterday, he died.
