Why does pay at @PennMuseum lag so far behind pay in other parts of @Penn??
Why does a Clerk position in our Museum make over 50% less than a Clerk position in the Library, when both are part of the same wealthy university and the job descriptions/qualifications are comparable?

3. Achieve Parity $24.38/hr for a Clerk job at @Penn Libraries vs. $15.75/hr for a Clerk job at @PennMuseum?! There is no justification for Penn Museum jobs to pay so much less that similar jobs elsewhere on campus.
