I moved to Abuja. It’s so free here. South Africa feels like a prison. Stop going there. Those Zulus are evil. I’m eating plantain as we speak.

Mazwi has been missing for over 20 days. WHAT WE KNOW: An individual, whose identity remains undisclosed, has provided information indicating that Mazwi was abducted by occupants of a white Corolla lacking a visible registration plate. It has been alleged that a Pakistani national, who previously operated a tuck shop, was requested to vacate the premises by the landlord. Following their refusal, the landlord reportedly ask the community members to facilitate their eviction before Mazwi moved into the tuckshop to run his business. Upon inquiry by the sister to individuals and friends frequenting the tuck shop, it was revealed that an individual named Zulu had been pressuring Mazwi to sell his tuck shop to "Pakistanis." Mazwi had consistently declined these requests, as he did not understand the motivation behind the persistent requests to divest ownership of the tuck shop. A missing person’s case was opened on the 05th of April @SAPoliceService @Abramjee

Politicians are fine. They sleep well. They have bodyguards. Their kids are safe. Their businesses are protected. Mazwi had nothing. No bodyguard. No connections. Just a spaza shop. Foreigners closed it. He disappeared. And the government? Silent. Because it doesn't touch them

Mazwi was the breadwinner. His family is crying. His mother is waiting. His siblings are hungry. And the politicians? Giving speeches. The government? Silent. Foreign nationals? Still running the streets. South Africa, we must speak. We must act. We must find Mazwi

Pakistanis can open 10 spaza shops overnight. A South African opens ONE and gets kidnapped for refusing to sell. Tell me again now 'foreigners aren't the problem.' I'll wait. #JusticeForMazwi

The Kubheka family in Vosloorus has appealed for public assistance in locating their 27-year-old son, Mazwi Kubheka, who went missing on 2 April. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, but the family believes it may be linked to tensions over a local spaza shop. According to the family, Mazwi had been approached by individuals who were pressuring him to sell his shop to foreign spaza shop owners which he refused. They suspect that the dispute over the occupation of the shop may have led to his disappearance. Mazwi’s sister, Nonhle Kubheka, told eNCA that the family is desperate for answers and urged anyone with information to come forward. She said they believe the foreigners—who were previously occupying the shop before being removed—may have been involved, as they were reportedly sending individuals to pressure him into selling the sho back to them. Nonhle added that her brother could have simply closed the shop if approached, questioning why such extreme actions would be taken. The family continues to plead with the public for any information that could assist in bringing Mazwi home safely.
