Over three months waiting for a claim to be resolved with @_PurelyPets reading their X page it seems I’m not the only one who has had issues despite them stating claims take 5-6 weeks. Staff on the phone are friendly but not able to help in any way 😡

We're holding our first dedicated Staff Health & Wellbeing Day today. It's been put together as a thank you to all of our staff. The day will cover all 8 strands of wellbeing, including physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.
