@Qantas 24 hour help line is a lie. What is happening with our flight. It’s tight turn around and we can’t speak to anyone and your online status is confusing
@Qantas 2 hours to wait to get to speak to someone about your constant changing of flight and still not through. Not acceptable. What’s the right number to call
@GardenBuildings AVOID. Terrible customer service. Lead time 5/6 weeks. Ok with small delay but added on pressure treatment iwth agreement it will be one additional week. No one can give me a true answer. Promised it would be ok for week comm 11th May now saying 10 weeks.
@TalkTalk Hi Andy. Your customer service team are being very loose on any commitment. Waiting on manager coming back. Pls help here. It shouldn’t take this long. Once you commit to an engineer they should turn up. Not on the 4th attempt
Whatever the weather you are here to help??? Well why can you not liars with BT to get an elderly women’s phone line sorted. You pass the buck to Bt Bt passing it back. It’s disgusting. 3x the phone engineer has supposed to have arrived and never turned up.
@TalkTalk You are now saying 14th. That will be three weeks without a phone line. It’s digesting this process. Someone needs to be accountable and sort this ASAP. It’s one thing booking in a future date but when the elderly is listed priority and you fail to turn up. #disgusting
@bt_uk@TalkTalk and you need to sort this and communicate. BT open reach is the problem. You have said 3x you will turn up in the allotted time to connect the line and no response. No one has turned up. Once is just about acceptable but 3x is disgusting
@bt_uk But you ate BT open reach and this is owned by you and you are the ones holding up the process. You cannot pass the buck on this, and elderly women is getting very upset because you aren’t committing to getting this sorted.
