@Matty_OW Billy being D Tier is your bias showing. Not only do Bad Billy players exist, but most of his power is relegated behind an ability set that can very easily be punished. When ahead, yeah he can be pretty rough, but when behind, you can *Feel* when a Billy is losing hard.

The reality is most of palworld is literally copies of these very specific animations. The entire game is just a copy of something else just mix and matched are you really shocked?

Naaaah this is a dangerous precedent… What’s stopping a company patenting holding a sword in third person ? What if Call of Duty patented holding a semi-automatic weapon in first person ? What if Rockstar patented an “open world simulator” ? This is a slippery slope to hinder smaller studios and indie developers from innovating, building and elevating. This same thing just happened to “Schedule One” but the publisher investigation and suit was dropped after backlash from the supporters. Look at the success of Expedition 33 and all the games that inspired it. Imagine if Square Enix or Atlus did the same thing Nintendo does and sued Sandfall for their success. Honestly, 🖕🏾 to @Nintendo and the bullying tactics they’ve implemented over the years to smaller creators and artist. They’ve been to money hunger for so long while treating their customers like 💩 and feeding them the bare minimum. Funny story, Nintendo literally sent a cease and desist to one of my friends who simply posted and shared her fan artwork of nintendo characters on her socials years ago. She never made any money of the art and was confused why she was targeted while others weren’t.

@DaiomunSevra Ye, but that's still the effort of farming resources, and it doesn't fix the 0 IV issue that exists when you want min speed or min atk. It's a complex issue because both sides have valid complaints.

@viceOFversa Verlisify also fails to realize, that Exp Candies & Nature Mints are a thing, since Gen 8 (alongside the bottle caps from Gen 7). You then, can just farm the Candy & Mints…and save them for the pokemon you want to team build, and go from 1-100 in seconds.

@MightyMurf1294 @GTS_Rotom If that becomes the standard, all players will have to use outside resources and tools to stay competitive. People would prefer it to just be self contained and all done legit in game with everyone doing the same amount of work. I don't agree but that's the argument.

@GTS_Rotom I don't understand the whole cheating thing either. Like ok even if it's a fake shiny, that doesn't make the Pokémon stronger? Even if the EVs and IVs are genned, it's not any stronger than a Pokémon that was trained manually, it's just a faster process right?
