First of all, IMHO, the title of the bill is stupid. You don't save America like this. What's the implication? Trump allies plan Senate floor takeover to pass SAVE America Act - The Hill apple.news/AeyWCAjVzSG-kX…

Remember when Trump sued ABC, Meta, X, and Paramount, and they all agreed to settle for millions of dollars? Well, that money was supposed to go to Trump’s future presidential library fund—except that fund has been dissolved with no public accounting of where the money went. If these payments were labeled “charitable contributions,” the corporations could even write them off on their taxes. That’s why @SenWarren, @SenBlumenthal, and I are demanding answers!

I tried uploading a scanned PDF to Google Drive and the OCR to a doc was awful. I asked Claude Desktop how to get a clean conversion. It said, "give it to me." Five minutes later, I have a damn near perfect doc file. 🤯

Stop guessing which models fit in your VRAM! llmfit is a CLI tool that auto-detects your hardware and ranks 206 models by what actually runs on your system. You download a 70B model and hope it fits. Or you estimate memory requirements across quantization levels and still end up with models that crash or run too slow. llmfit changes that. It detects your CPU, RAM, GPU, and VRAM, then scores every model in its database against your hardware. Instead of assuming one quantization level, it tries the best quality that fits. Starts with Q8_0, walks down to Q2_K if needed. If nothing fits at full context, it tries half context. You get the highest quality model that actually works. Each model gets scored on Quality, Speed, Context, and Capability. The weights shift based on what you're doing. Chat models prioritize speed, reasoning models prioritize quality. Run it as an interactive TUI to browse models, use CLI mode for a quick table, or get JSON output for scripts. There's a REST API for cluster schedulers. You can also run it in reverse. Give it a model you want to run and target performance, it tells you what hardware you need. The real value: you see ranked options before downloading anything. No more burning bandwidth on 50GB models that won't run. It's 100% open source.

I witnessed the flashes of robotic sabotage The other day my Roborock VC could not find its dock. Turns out she snatched the cable from the socket when leaving said dock. Surely, she was exhausted in trying to find it and eventually went to sleep! :) .

@alliekmiller I would like to believe it's true, but my evreyday experience shows otherwise. Surely, you've used smart assistants that misunderstand your queries or simply decide to ignore you? :) There is a place for voice AI, but the keyboard is still the king as far as precision goes!

Voice AI is going to explode in 2026. Here’s what I’m seeing: 1. Dictation has completely changed how I work I go on walks where I dictate to Otter for 40min. I built an app this weekend while lifting weights. The productivity gain is real. 2. Phone booths everywhere I visited the offices of two large AI companies last week. They have phone booths everywhere. I watched someone walk into one, dictate, then walk right back out. That’s it. 3. Microphones at every desk I visited Wispr Flow’s headquarters in October (see pic). Every single employee had a $60 microphone on their desk and can whisper tasks all day long to AI. You cannot hear them even if you’re at the neighboring table. 4. OpenAI says typing is the bottleneck Alexander Embiricos, head of product for Codex, just went on the @lennysan podcast that the “current underappreciated limiting factor” to AGI-level productivity isn’t model capability, it’s human typing speed. We are literally being held back by our fingers.

@Michal_Stan @sama There is also a lot of dependency on various other services to make agents effective and stable. Break one connection, and the whole pyramid may implode. :)

I'm watching this space closely. Personal agents sound useful, but the real question is who controls the data. If these agents are truly helpful, they need access to everything, your finances, your schedule, your communications. That's a massive amount of trust placed in a single company. I want to see the future where people own their data and choose how agents use it.

Peter Steinberger is joining OpenAI to drive the next generation of personal agents. He is a genius with a lot of amazing ideas about the future of very smart agents interacting with each other to do very useful things for people. We expect this will quickly become core to our product offerings. OpenClaw will live in a foundation as an open source project that OpenAI will continue to support. The future is going to be extremely multi-agent and it's important to us to support open source as part of that.

I opened X today and was presented with a promo to sub to the premium version. That promo claimed that Grok is the world's best AI, a 340 USD value packed for free into the Pro plan. World's best AI? Now, that's your arrogance for you! :)
