I can only assume you think users have the time to click in and out of every company/tradesman to see their address? 'Operates In Your Area' is rubbish. They could be 50-100 miles away but operate in my area. So goodbye Checkatrade, I will use Google Maps & reviews instead.

And I can't get through on the 'Recipient Support' tel number as it asks for a 9 digit tracking number but the one I have on the note is 12 digit. Without a tracking or account number, the automated system hangs up on me
