I am not a hater but this literally just feels like Claude skills that are wrapped into a nice sms app layer. I onboarded and had a few friends try and it doesn’t do a very good job at generating net new ideas. Or writing that well. It mostly focuses on reworking old stuff you posted and reminding you to post on the onboard. This is obviously still valuable for a lot of people however.

Introducing Stanley: The first AI Head of Content that will help you grow your following. Stanley works just like a real employee: text him and he’ll create, edit, and strategize viral content across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Making viral content is hard. It requires deep research, deep platform understanding, and knowing what’s culturally relevant at that exact minute. When you ask ChatGPT to “write a social post” it doesn’t know what good content looks like, it’s not actively consuming content, and it doesn’t understand you. This is why the output is slop. Stanley solves this. First Stanley deeply understands your unique voice and writing style (and doesn’t include AI language like em dashes and “it’s not x it’s y”) Then he plugs into your day-to-day (your Slack, Notion, Calendar, Granola) and proactively suggests viral posts for you based off the most interesting things happening in your life. All you need to do is voice note him your thoughts, and Stanley optimizes and then schedules a post across all platforms. Example: Last week I asked ChatGPT "what happened on X" and got a generic summary. I asked Stanley the same thing and he told me about @JensenHuang's first post on X and the viral Deny’s comment. That’s because Stanley has a team of specialized agents that are always on. One agent researches viral posts through the X API. One studies your voice. One doom scrolls X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 2 months ago we released Stanley in beta to 100 social media power users like @chasepassiveincome, @jayyanginspires, @MitcheIl, and @iampascio who’ve used Stanley in their daily content process. Engagement rates increased by >50% for the average beta tester. (in fact you’ve probably engaged w/ Stanley posts without realizing) Posting content has genuinely changed my life for the better: it’s helped me raise millions of $, landed me my first customers, and attracted the very best employees. Stan wouldn’t be a $40M ARR business without Content. Stanley is our attempt at democratizing that. Our mission is to help any Entrepreneur tell their story, so we'd love for you to try Stanley for free here: getstanley.ai One more thing.. You can see a glimpse of Stanley’s power in the comments below. Drop a reply and Stanley will analyze your X content right now. It'll pull your posts, study your voice, and tell you what's working and what's not. Each reply costs us abt ~$1 in tokens. Go abuse it. (Thank you VC’s.) FYI: This post and launch video were written 100% w/ the help of Stanley (how’d he do?) See Stanley work below 👇

@NotionHQ See, the problem that occurs when you do this crap, start something and then rug-pull is that people then go: 1. Hey, what if they now rug-pull something else 2. Wait, if I continue to use this, I then get held hostage Better leave now while I can. You've set a bad precedent.

If you want it done right the first time, hand it to an Opus model (lowest undo rate). Great for the hard stuff… like work that spans four tools. Plug in Salesforce, PostHog, Hex, or any tool via MCP. Ask for a report, and you get analysis, interactive charts, and writing you’d send straight to your team. Near-Fable-level work at half of the cost 🫡

@clairlemon @JEChalmers This idea reveals a very basic misunderstanding in economics. If you are not compensated for risk, it is irrational to take it. Gov have also screwed up communication here. CGT is taxed terribly, but it is not taxed the same as income, as it is indexed to inflation.

Help me understand why capital should be taxed at the same rate as labour (@JEChalmers's goal). If you are a worker, you will never earn a negative salary. If you invest capital, you can (and often will) lose it all. How are these two scenarios remotely the same?

@robprogressive Come to Australia where CGT is now 47%, where the government thinks it should be treated the same as wages. It is irrational to take risk if it is not adequately compensated, as otherwise you have a lower expected value. Good thing our economy does not depend on this.

Capital gains taxes make no sense & shouldn't exist I invest my capital. I create the opportunity. I take the risk. I do the work. I take the chances. I accept the losses if things go wrong So why should the government collect a slice when things go right? They didn’t take the risk. They didn’t build the business. They just take

Corporate greed is Tim Cook, the billionaire Apple CEO, claiming that hiking prices on Apple products by over $200 is "unavoidable" after it made $112 billion in profits last year & spent $310 billion on stock buybacks. These price hikes aren't unavoidable. They're unacceptable.

A new Australian study suggests that cow's milk may be better for bone health than plant-based alternatives. While oat, almond and soy drinks remain popular, research suggests they don't provide the same nutritional benefits. #Milk #PlantMilk #Dairy #BodyHealth

BREAKING: New numbers show the economy is growing at its equal fastest annual pace in almost 3 years and private sector investment is booming. Today’s National Accounts show the Australian economy grew 0.3% in the quarter, to be 2.5% higher through the year. All of the growth in the March quarter came from the private sector. This is very solid in the circumstances. It shows how resilient our economy is at a time of substantial global economic volatility.
