I really don’t know why teams are sleeping on Iliman Ndiaye. He’s one of the few attackers left that genuinely gives you unpredictability. Press resistant, elite in tight spaces, can carry the ball 30–40 yards on his own, and he plays with that street-football instinct you can’t really coach. He’s not just a flashy dribbler. He actually progresses attacks, wins fouls, creates chaos between the lines and can play across multiple positions. You can use him as a left winger, second striker, attacking midfielder or even in a free roaming role behind the striker. Modern football is obsessed with structure, but players like Ndiaye are the ones that break structure.

I sincerely hope he doesn’t make any of this move just yet. I watched him on Saturday for over 60 minutes against Kalmar, while he’s such a super talent, he has alot to improve on. His dribbling are entertaining, but he isn’t complete 50% of them. His pace is a huge strength and he creates chances very easily. It’s his first season in Europe, he needs a less pressure environment to fully grow. This ain’t the time to go on several loans or play B team football. Develop for a year and move up the ladder. I know Yamal is 18 years too and all that, but not everyone is on that level.
