@nathanbarnes828 Thank you! I ran my rough sketch from your vid last night on a 25yd bay, dual poppers at the end. started at 18.65 and finished at 16.07. Spent a bunch of time working on entry/exits but more work is needed, esp on exits. I know what I ran is not 1:1, what was your fixed time?

@wayofftheres John also saw a good bit of action as a Marine before laterally transferring to compete for AMU and getting 2nd at Nationals in USPSA twice.
Real animal and great American.
Won a bunch in Multigun as well.
Hard to beat that resume.

@_JesseCinco Thanks! Seems like an interesting optic.. Haven't seen many skilled people running + talking about them yet. Appreciate what you all are doing with Lethal and the content..Keep us posted as you get more time on it.

@victorymfgcom Yes the new AEMS EVO.
I really like it so far.
Window size is just slightly larger than an EOTECH

@24d6beda0cf5460 @LucasBotkin magpul bipod is trash. harris they stock and fills that "good enough" void.
English

@LucasBotkin You should stock what you guys have discerned to be the best at multiple price points. Magpul and Harris are both great options in lower price ranges and would probably get you less ridicule.

This is the dichotomy of LETHAL Corp. We aren’t focusing on selling the cheapest gear. We also aren’t focused on selling the most expensive Gucci gear. We are selling the gear that we believe provides the best value/capability for different applications.
And yes, that will sometimes mean a highly adjustable lightweight bipod. Or, a high end precision scope. Or, heck maybe pano night vision. But when we identify a less expensive product that is reliable and good, we will bring it on. Although it may be in a completely different class or serve a completely different purpose as the other more expensive items.
The Holosun ARO EVO is a great example. A nice rifle dot that should frankly be put on every rifle instead of irons. Especially when you look at the price of some ironsight sets today, sheesh.

@KingWash1789 The notes on today's dryfire hit. Appreciate you taking the time to put this info out. Gold.

One of the most difficult things to get through to students is that the lower skill level they are, the less they need personalized instruction or training plans and the more they just need to rep the fundamentals.
If you are sub M, you should be focusing on developing your basic gun handling ability. Drill your grip until you are holding the gun the same way every time and the dot shows up in the center of the glass automatically. When you have that down, do it faster. Speed up til it breaks, then fix it. Refine your draws and reloads until they are reliably under a second. Do a shit load of doubles and learn how your gun moves in recoil (50% of your total practice rounds on doubles is perfectly reasonable in my opinion). All through this process you should be connecting what you see the dot doing with what you feel your hands doing. If you are diligent, this will take you all the way to M and GM.
At that point, after you have built your base, is when you look towards minutia and fine tuning the specifics of your game/training relative to your strengths and weaknesses.

@nathanbarnes828 @atl_flaneur Yo Nate, good to see you on x. did you dump the shadow2 for a glock? Or just changing it up?
English

@atl_flaneur LO/CO showing zero real difference other than handing out more awards.
L10 was won by a Glock. 2nd and 4th were 320s.

English

Competitors by division for the Area 1 championship earlier this month. CO and LO represent 65% of the field, there's heat in Open and PCC, and the rest are rounding errors. The people in L10 are mostly shooting 1911s with slide-ride optics.
The iron-sight divisions (LTD, PRD, SS) look dead. Sad to see as someone who enjoyed shooting PRD for years.

@GMSMolalla @bmitori Cops need to be accountable for rounds sent downrange. Raise the standards.
English

@GMSMolalla @bmitori "B" class shooters are using their sight system shooting two Alphas from the holster in half the time (1.5s). Cold + on demand.
Cops at our local uspsa club do this and the time. This is not rocket science nor out of reach for you. Consistent dryfire and a timer go a long way.
English

@bmitori Three seconds. Draw, fire two rounds, lateral movement offline. No re holster.
And I agree. Most law enforcement qualification is abysmal. We go a little above and beyond with what we require but the state standard can be done by an ape who understands English.
English

@wolplicker Sure! @CharlieCoks is A class uspsa. Dude can shoot.. ”Thank you for your service charlie !”

March 30 Always just assume that you're doing too much with your strong hand. Emphasize less strong hand input constantly. Warm Up - Targets: Open (10) As many sets as required until thoroughly warm - 10 reloads freestyle, 10 reloads alternating to strong/weak hand. Primary - Targets: Open (7), Open (15), Open (25) 20 minutes - Match Mode - Accelerator. Draw and engage each target with 2, reload and engage each target with 2
