What I’m bothered by is the poor customer service. We want the package. We don’t want it returned. What is going on - and how do we fix it ?!

Where is the package and when have you tried to actually deliver it ? Did you lose it ? Did the first driver steal it and you’re covering your tracks? I get it. I’ve been shipping all kinds of ways for 30 years. Delays happen. 7/

@FedEx @FedExHelp on Tuesday your driver went halfway to the door, turned around, got back in the truck, and SIGNED for a package. That was never delivered. “Delivered, Signed” was the status the shipper received. I reported the package missing, and you quickly responded 1/
