@debbiesarah30 firm tofu 150, 50ml almond milk, cinnamon, 20g cookie flavored protein powder - blend, 100g peeled sliced apple. it’s actually rly yum as an unbaked mix, if i refrigerate that and used the apple to top instead of mix in, i think that would be rly nice as a protein mousse
