Dear @Samsung @SamsungIndia करीब 5 साल पहले हमने सैमसंग का 55" led tv करीब 64000 रुपए में लिया। करीब 10 महीने चलने के बाद ही उसका डिस्प्ले खराब हो गया। चुकी 1 साल की वारंटी थी तो वो कंपनी द्वारा बदल दिया। हमने एक साल की वारंटी एक्सटेंड भी करवाई। अब टीवी के कॉर्नर में जैसे अंदर से जल रहा हो ऐसा हुआ और कॉर्नर स्क्रीन मेल्ट हो गया। और फिर से टीवी का डिस्प्ले खत्म हो गया, सैमसंग के सर्विस इंजीनियर का कहना है कि ओवर हीटिंग के कारण वो मेल्ट हुआ। ठीक नहीं हो सकता पूरा डिस्प्ले बदलना होगा। जिसमें 36150 का खर्च आएगा। Samsung split AC के साथ भी यही हुआ था। आपके इंजीनियर जब इंस्टालेशन के लिए आए तो पता चला कि ac का मुख्य मोटर ही खराब है। वो फिर कंपनी द्वारा बदला गया। क्या सैमसंग led tv की life सिर्फ 5 साल की होती है ? अब दुबारा सैमसंग तो कभी नहीं लेना हमें। LG कहीं बेहतर होता है सैमसंग से। ग्राहक होने के नाते बेहद खराब अनुभव रहा हमारा आपके साथ।
