Build up restaurants and bars around the stadium that the team owns then lease out the space. That will bring more people out. There’s already a casino and parking there too.

Generally, yes. Musk is verrrry different, though. He’s building some of the most advanced technology on the planet and presenting himself well publicly on a regular basis. The story broke - using anonymous sources and innuendo - the day before he left government and with a newspaper that makes shit up about Republicans all the time. It would take a lot more evidence for me to have any concern.
