According to the S.R. Bommai case (1994), the majority must be tested on the floor of the Assembly and not decided by the Governor’s subjective or personal opinion. Furthermore, the Rameshwar Prasad case (2006) makes it clear that the Governor cannot act on mere assumptions.

The governor demanding a list of 118 MLAs before allowing government formation is unfair and contradicts established Supreme Court precedents. The floor test belongs in the house,not in Governor’s mansion.

Booked 6 Air India tickets (PNR 99fuqb) to Kathmandu on 12 Sep via Delhi. Despite MEA advisory to defer travel, AI didn't cancel flights. We had to cancel due to Nepal situation. Paid ₹78,583, refunded only ₹40k. In such times, passengers deserve full refund, not partial.
