Thought - SIM providers like @reliancejio and @airtelindia are investing into doing the customer KYC and painfully onboarding users only to be easily taken away by Whatsapp - whose KYC and therefore autenticity is the work of the SIM providers! WA then gives free SMS & Calls!

@kunalb11 I dont carry my wallet anymore, just phone. Even while flying from Bangalore to Dehradun and I love it. Everything you need is in the phone. Isn't this the Value Prop. that UPI offers (for payment)? So if TnP is a mobile experience, maybe, but card?

@PhonePeSupport @PhonePeSupport the issue is still not resolved. Someone asks to send email, that gets closed saying mail not registered asking to create ticket on app. App guys -> it will be taken care in the ticket from email. I have achieved Zen with this support team now @_sameernigam - jfyi

@PhonePeSupport terrible customer support from the PhonePe Business customer support team. Please see ticket 2301114. Its like talking to a wall. Whatever you ask - same Bot like answer. Useless solution over and over again for a simple issue.
