Worst customer service and no trace of product of weeks after full payment. No response to email/ WhatsApp/ phone calls/ messages on online portal.

Worst on boarding experience: no display at boarding gates, muffled announcements, waiting in a packed bus for 35 mins, crew walking into the aircraft barely 15 mins prior to departure, aircraft that smells like rotten whatever. Can it make get any worse? AI615 @airindia

SOP for retrieving missing baggage from Air India
1. Make 50 phone calls
2. Wait at information desk in person for “hours”
3. Get shunted between different desks back and forth meanwhile praying for staff to show up.
However none of the above are likely to work.

@airindiain Till now nobody has been able to explain where the bags are and why I got the message as well email that the bags have been received onto the flight I boarded.

Erroneous auto generated texts “Dear Guest, we have duly received your check-in baggage for flight 544 DEL to HYD”
1 day later still on the phone for hours to learn that “they are still tracing the bags.”
