We had requested at Indore airport to add wheelchair at check in counter but the lady denied as she can not , asked me to request on landing, but there we didn't get any help. Infact flight manager was in rush to finish the task.he asked to wait first later he told not possible.

@IndiGo6E Really disappointed with the lack of basic support at Indore Airport. Requested a wheelchair for a 60-year-old lady with a medical condition who cannot walk, but was told last-minute requests are not possible since it wasn’t pre-booked.

We were kept waiting and then asked to go to arrivals at Hyderabad to request it there — but how is she supposed to reach there without assistance? In such situations, empathy and basic help should come first, not just “did you pre-book?” responses. This is not acceptable

@zomatocare placed an order however looks like zomato is not interested in service anymore, for incorrect order tried reaching support n guess what bot is handling everything, inhuman , spent 170 it's offer 40 rs without understanding issue. No call opt.

@zomatocare @zomato it's been very frequent that orders are delayed and customer has to suffer, long wait to get the food. When tried support option..it's all about empathy n empathy. Online order is hectic these days.

@dominos_india writing this bcz now it's a regular practice. I placed an order at 9:08 pm and received it at 10:30. Pizza was cold and there was an excuse that no one was available to deliver. Then question is why are they accepting orders. AS raonagar HYD branch.

@AkasaAir flight on 1st Nov from Varanasi to Hyderabad has been cancelled. It was notified over email. However after that no response if money is being refunded. Tried calling customer care but 30 mins hold time still didn't reach.

@flipkartsupport Yes attended the matter but no problem solution for what I was trying to ask. Straight answer check in the app and delivery boy is god who will assess the phone condition. It's his wish and his understanding towards the phone. He is saving money for flipkart.

@flipkartsupport placed order for oneplus 13s with exchange of old oneplus 10T , when delivery executive came he asked to pay 1940 rupees extra as he found some issues with and that was a minor spot at the edge. Offer good price but during delivery they put extra charges.
