NHS staff need "better paid jobs" too, Rishi ➡️Making the UK a great place work in healthcare ➡️Discourage UK talent fleeing for higher pay abroad ➡️RETAIN staff > waiting lists down > grow economy ➡️RETAIN to train increased numbers of future docs & nurses ➡️Restore pay fairly
