@SamsungIndia @galaxywatch4 The service centers in question are in the business of repair, not certification. To even attempt this, I have to drive 15km to the center, or pay pickup/drop charges (non-standard).

@SamsungIndia @galaxywatch4 Firstly, the product's UI, tactile feedback, connectivity and charging ignore basic customer expectations. To return the product within a week, Samsung's associates (on mutiple channels) suggest that I need a "defective unit" certificate from an authorized service center.
