@c_dodson_thatch Absolutely correct, the NHS is one of the largest diverse employment in the UK, and this would be covered by all local NHS trust management. But like all successful companies it will be communicated and implemented by the board at the top down first.

@c_dodson_thatch It's quite a bit more complicated than that. Whereas it's not strictly illegal for a large employer not to have that position , there is a lot of employment legislation around this. This position will require a legal background to ensure against tribunals that would cost the NHS
