Airtel says its unlimited 5G data isn't valid when used through a mobile hotspot. I use a laptop for my work, and I can't insert a SIM card into it. The only way to get internet on my laptop is by using my phone's hotspot. If even that isn't allowed, then how am I supposed to use the data on my PC? I'm paying ₹350 per month for a plan marketed as unlimited 5G, yet I can't use that data on my laptop through a hotspot. The telecom duopoly in India is hurting consumers.

@QAwerk Isn't there any information on the end user hardware and software configurations? This early test environment setup (like persona based testing) can early find the issues. While creating test plan doc, this is always mentioned.
