@Wise worst customer service support reps and worst platform to use. Moving to another platform.

@BorzoIndia such bad customer service. The courier guy picked up my package but never delivered it and there is no one who is helping. Worst thing this there is no customer service number to talk to. And these people hardly respond on chat with zero to no updates. WORST SERVICE!

@Delta booked a miles ticket on Friday, wasn’t informed to me about any cancellation fee or miles restocking fee, and now when I try to do that I get surprised by the $150 restocking fee. The agent while booking never mentioned about it, even when asked.

@Delta worst customer service experience with your supervisor who was not helpful even when your representative had an error on your end. Supervisor says I still have to incur d charges. This is the worst customer service experience eve!! You need to up your customer experience
