I clearly told boAt team I didn’t want a repaired product at the price of a brand-new one — I wanted a refund, not a fix.That’s when the circus began.They initiated a pickup, but for 4 days

and they told me to contact boAt directly to claim the warranty. Within two months, I raised a ticket with boAt. An electrician from their side visited and confirmed the speaker was defective.
