They said we don't count Oct 7th in 3 days as when you start working from next day, Today I got call from escalation team that customer service team has escalated the case to us as they were not able to manage in 3 days, so the need 48 hours to reply :) a

I got the call from Myntra Escalation Manager... It's funny but TRUE, I miss Sunny Deol's dialog - "Tarikh pe tarikh". I log complain on Oct 7th their customer service team said reply on 3 working days. I follow up on 10th,
