Fantastic News ! Hon'ble Supreme Court recalls its order relegating Pujya Swamiji's Writ Petition and tagged matters (including Tiruchendur Sri Subramaniaswamy Temple Matter to be argued by Senior Counsel Shri @jsaideepak ) to Madras High Court! Swamiji's Case WP 476 of 2012 challenged various provisions of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959, the AP Charitable Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972 The cases will now be heard by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 24th July 2026 - including the cases filed by Dr @Swamy39 and His Holiness the Jeeyar Swami of Sri Ahobilam Mutt! Days after DMK MLA Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin spoke about eradicating Sanathana Hindu Dharma on the floor of the legislative assembly, TVK MLA Thiru VMS Mustafa came in support of Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin’s remarks. Not only is this very unfortunate but also it shows the level of hatred they harbour in their minds towards an eternal Dharma that helps us to lead a meaningful life! DMK & TVK, in their very short history, have proven to the people that they are two sides of the same coin. DMK has forgotten what their constant attack on Sanathana Hindu Dharma has brought them to. TVK will also soon remember. If either DMK or TVK had the courage of conviction, they should have openly declared during their election campaigns that targeting Sanathana Hindu Dharma would be central to their politics. Instead, they hid behind secularism & theatrics, only to reveal their true intentions after seeking votes from the very people whose faith they now insult with arrogance and impunity. Please be reminded, Sanathana Hindu Dharma is not your punching bag! I sincerely hope their remarks will not go unpunished by our people.

In today's hearing by the 9 Judge Conbstitutional Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India - Senior Advocate Dr. Abishek Manu Sighvi @DrAMSinghvi argued the entire day. His arguments as usual were of exemplary order - His arguments on non-applicability of the legal fiction "Constitutional Morality" in matters of religious faith and beliefs were brilliant. However, in my humble opinion his observations on Article 16(5) and the Seshammal Judgment were erroneous. Still further, it appeared that he deliberately kept away from the Hindi Text of the Constitution of India by which every Sampradaya would be recognized as a Denomination. He was, to me, obviously SHY of calling Sabarimala Temple a denominational temple - A truth that would solve many problems - probably in deference to his client - the Travancore Devaswom Board - which is controlled by Commies in power, for many years now.

The tradition at Sabarimala Temple is based on Ayyappa being a Naishtika Brahmachari So, women of menstruating age (10–50) are not allowed to enter. Every male devotees should follow 41-day vratham. This is not gender discrimination, it is a sampradaya followed for centuries. In Attukal temple, Pongala festival is observed by ladies. In Mannassala Nagaraja temple, a priest herself is lady. These so called forward thinking people or feminist should think before arguing. Not every solution is obtained from court. In the case of temple or rituals it should be left to devotees and temples to decide. Those who have never followed temple traditions, or observed vratham, or never even visited their own local temples, are now trying to redefine centuries-old practices.
