I honked continuously cuz they were moving at the pace of a snail blocking the road. There was traffic build up behind me. I honked until the road was wide enough for me to pass. The second I went ahead they picked up speed to follow me.

When the road widened and I safely moved ahead, the same vehicle followed me, repeatedly honking in a threatening manner. I stopped and asked them to roll down their window to address the situation, but they refused while continuing the intimidation.

@AirIndiaX there is no way you guys pick up calls or reply to emails when we complain. I paid for extra baggage when I booked my ticketand it did not show on the system so you charged me again. Did not give me enough time to look for the payment receipt. Now I have proof.

I kept calling the guy n he did not receive any of them. I have been charged double the money than what it originally should have to where I got off. This is really unfair and u guys need to do something about how can customers get in touch with u ll not just drivers.

@UberINSupport you guys really need to do something about your customer service. On the app there is no way I can get in touch with someone or speak to the driver directly. I had to get off my ride mid way and when I checked after an hour n a half the trip was still in progress!

@UberINSupport even when we drag the pin to a specific pick up location drivers still don’t stop at the correct spot. And they say the map always shows them something else! Again… PLEASE FIX YOUR DAMN MAPS!
