Video evidence of road rage and harassment in Mumbai. A car cut in without signaling, blocked a narrow lane causing traffic, then followed and honked aggressively to intimidate me. Requesting @MumbaiPolice to take note and advise on action.

@AirIndiaX there is no way you guys pick up calls or reply to emails when we complain. I paid for extra baggage when I booked my ticketand it did not show on the system so you charged me again. Did not give me enough time to look for the payment receipt. Now I have proof.

@UberINSupport you guys really need to do something about your customer service. On the app there is no way I can get in touch with someone or speak to the driver directly. I had to get off my ride mid way and when I checked after an hour n a half the trip was still in progress!

@UberINSupport even when we drag the pin to a specific pick up location drivers still don’t stop at the correct spot. And they say the map always shows them something else! Again… PLEASE FIX YOUR DAMN MAPS!
