@RBC your @VisaCA card stinks!!! My daughter is in Milan at the Olympics and unable to use her credit card or debit card. We’ve called @RBC 6 times trying to rectify the situation and the card will work one time and not a second. Get it together!!!!

Hey @VisaCA - just got a fraud alert on my @cibc Infinite Privilege VISA card and it needs to be replaced. They said “5-10 business days”!! Are you kidding? I pay you $599 per year for this card. Why can’t you send a replacement overnight?

@VisaCA I've been on hold for the dispute department for 1/2 hour. What's taking so long? I just want my refund. Why is this so hard? 🤔 I cancelled my card a month ago, I just want my credit reimbursed. So frustrating!
