@sanfe_india order ID- 2636572 placed on 21 Apr is still not delivered or dispatched. It' already over 10 days and there is no update about order dispatch. Repeated mails have not solicited any action. Such lengthy delays and no customer support replies are unacceptable.

If you can send timely bill payment and meter reading reminders to all consumers on SMS and email, why can't you send supply disruption intimation beforehand to all affected consumers in that area?? Awaiting your response @mahanagargas @mihirkotecha sir- please help with this.

@mahanagargas Twice in a week PNG supply has been disrupted in our area Mulund West without any intimation. Today it was stopped early in the morning affecting tiffin for office goers and school kids. This shouldn't have happened. You need to give intimation beforehand.

@mybmcWardT Construction work started at junction of PK road and NS road without covering the site from all sides with tin patra. Boundary of site with Bileshwar tower has no safety measures. Any unfortunate incident can happen, some kid may fall off on the open site

@MTPHereToHelp @mybmc There is lot of water accumulation on Eastern Freeway possibly due to some drain leakage. Some sections seem like monsoon flooding already which could lead to accidents. Please address the issues to avoid any major accident/pileup of vehicles

@vishloves The concerned Developer/Architect has been notified to take necessary precautions during construction, and advised that they will be held accountable for any accidents or mishaps that may occur if these precautions are not taken.

@mybmcWardT Thanks for the reply after 1 month and 12 days. In the meantime, part of our boundary wall and that huge tree has already broken and fallen off. The said contractor has not put any foolproof safety measures into place to prevent any further incident.
