@bigulchugh @IndiGo6E And even worse, there were seats with bassinet in their Stretch section. Air hostess just kept saying that Stretch is fully booked. Only halfway in the flight we asked to see the Stretch section and suddenly seats there became available. Crappy experience with @IndiGo6E

@bigulchugh True. Had bad experience with @IndiGo6E as well. Had called customer care and got seats with bassinet. On flight day they assigned normal seats without bassinet. On emailing customer support their reply was more or less, "Sorry bro, tough luck".

Do not miss this if you are travelling with infant on Indigo... A friend traveling with his wife and infant tried to complete web check-in. As visible in the image, all available seats were shown in alternate rows with no adjacent seats selectable together. For almost a month he kept checking, hoping adjacent seats would open up so he could book them in advance, but that never happened. He finally decided to simply check in without selecting seats. That’s when the surprise came: "Passengers traveling with an infant must select seats". He would have paid for adjacent seats but just look at seats being shown. With no option left, he called customer care. And here’s the interesting part: The executive immediately assigned two adjacent seats free of charge and completed the check-in, explaining that families traveling with infants are supposed to be given adjacent seats as per policy but only when customer calls them !! They get available seats free but if want preferred seats then pay but family gets free adjacent seats. This feels less like a system limitation and more like a deliberate push to extract seat fees, even from families traveling with infants despite the airline having a policy to seat them together. Customers deserve transparent and fair check-in, not unnecessary friction designed to make them pay. If you are traveling with infant then call customer care next time to book adjacent seats.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I got an SMS that I need to maintain MAB of 10000 to avoid non-maintenance charges. However as per net banking the Required MAB requirement for my account is 0. Why did I then get the SMS?

@IndiGo6E Why is customer support contradicting your own flight status? For my 18 Dec BOM–GOX flight, your official status shows dep 10:24 AM, arr 11:57 AM. Support claims dep 7:40, arr 11:00. That implies 3h20m for a route that usually takes 1h. Even logically doesnt make sense.

@IndiaPostOffice Done. Today again got a SMS at 14:29 and at 14:36 delivery failed as door was locked. How fast was thr postman that he traveled to my home in 7 mins. Further I was at home all the time, so door locked was a blatant lie.

@JioCare I just ported to Jio sim. I am traveling abroad shortly. How do I check if International Roaming is active. I do not want to recharge with a pack. I just want to check if IR service is active and I can use it at Paygo rate
