Which color combination feels really fresh?

You don’t need a senior title to influence product decisions. You just need to show up differently. Here’s what actually works at any level: → Ask “what problem are we solving?” before opening Figma. Even if the brief is already written. → Share user research in Slack or any other communication tool, not just in design reviews. Make insights visible before decisions are locked. → Document your design decisions. When you explain the why, people start treating your work as thinking - not just output. → Give feedback on specs before wireframing. One good question early saves three rounds of revisions later. → Measure what you ship. Come back with data. That’s how you earn the next conversation. You don’t need a title to have influence.
