@vitablueco @DearS_o_n Never disagreed man I think it’s common knowledge that hanging with loved ones/ friends helps you in many ways, but as someone with social anxiety one day it flipped and hanging out became over bearing and draining because of my anxieties/insecurity which turned into depression

@dre4tf @DearS_o_n Love that for you man! My honest take is that we're social animals. Isolation breeds anxiety, good people around you create a feeling of security within you. Spending time with good people is stress relief. If you don't agree with that, all cool with me.

@vitablueco @DearS_o_n Nah I grew up with social anxiety my “friends” is more like brothers but family friends whatever, your mental health can skew all of this and worp your reality , mental health is a lot more powerful than a lot of people think. My friends is great btw
