We are still chasing him to complete a half‑done job for over 60 days, with absolutely no outcome. Your customer care and ASM have been equally ineffective, offering no resolution and no urgency despite repeated follow‑ups. For a brand of your scale, this level of service failure is unacceptable. At this point, the overall experience has been poor, unprofessional, and far below industry standards.
