#Information | Strict Action Against Negligent BLO During SIR-2026 Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Shri Uttam Singh Orders Immediate Suspension Taking serious note of negligence in election-related duties during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026, District Election Officer & Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh has ordered the immediate suspension of a Booth Level Officer (BLO). ✔️ The suspended official, Rakesh Kumar, a JBT teacher posted at Government Model Sanskriti Primary School, Bhora Kalan, was serving as the BLO for the Pataudi Assembly Constituency. He was found guilty of gross negligence, failure to perform assigned election duties, and non-compliance with the directions of the Election Commission. ⚠️ Despite repeated instructions and two formal warnings, the officer failed to discharge his responsibilities satisfactorily.
