With 8-12mg of 5-MEO you are essentially forced to accept your death, die, and come back with gratitude for being alive and everything you have here, without any longer having anxiety about what comes after - because you've now experienced it, and it's actually quite peaceful. So no wonder it treats depression 👌

My everyday life is starting to revolve around longevity. Here are the top 7 things I’ve incorporated- 1) Last meal @ 4pm (brings heart rate down for quality sleep). 2) Diet is purely GF, no potatoes, no processed anything, and sugars come directly from fruit (this diet is specific for me and recommended by my nutritionist). 3) Gym 4+ times per week (before 3pm to avoid high heart rate before bed). 4) Limiting screen time. Blue light glasses at 6pm. Need more structure to screen-time, but phone fasting for an entire day is my new favorite thing to do. 5) High quality extra virgin olive oil (tbs before each meal), fish oil, longevity mix (with creatine), probiotics and more I’ve added to my diet with the help of my nutritionist and Bryan Johnson products (olive oil and longevity mix). 6) Make sleep my #1 priority. If it’s going to ruin my next day it’s not really worth it, so I say no to a lot more activities. No caffeine after 9am. And adding sleep eight bed to my routine. 7) Avoid toxins as much as possible- focusing mostly on microplastics and PFAS. And doing dry sauna for 20mins with ice on balls. Overall, I still have a lot of work to do. And can’t wait for more $HIMS products/services I can add to my stack. But feel 5x better than last year. Happy Monday.

@vladtiminski @adibmirza @alc2022 Who said anything about selling a company once it 10x. If the company continues executing at that point in time and still has room to grow, there is no need to ever sell it.

@AecInvests @adibmirza @alc2022 Yeah but also the people that are happy with a 10X in 10 years and taking profits / selling are not the people that are in for a 100 bagger run over the coming decades. Both are trillion dollar companies in the making and you do the math on the number of Xs

@vladtiminski @adibmirza @alc2022 Throwing around the range of 10-50x like that is not a needle in a haystack is crazy over a 10 year span. Anything close to a 10x max in 10 years is a fantastic return anyone would be more than happy with

@alc2022 Well done @alc2022 ! You can only do this if you have conviction(comes from deep understanding of the business) and balls! Am all In.. avg price ~100. Will keep buying if it goes lower. 5-10 year hold for me. Similar oppotunity to buying NFLX in 2011-I did but sold at a double.

Negative YTD performance is rarely talked about on X. In reality, many investors are likely in the red, with dozens of popular retail stocks down this year. YTD: $EOSE −55% $PGY −50% $FUBO −52% $DUOL & $SNAP −43% $LMND −37% $HOOD −35% $ASST −35% $SOFI −32% $HIMS −25%

@dannycheng2022 $4M in a company with insane growth for decades to come is enough to retire in any country. $4M in S&P 500 is enough to retire, too Most people can retire on a $400k acc and if they live in the states just go to SE asia and live on $2k/m.

Most Influencers' pick on X: $PATH (Feb 26, 2026-daily, weekly and monthly charts) The downtrend persists across all charts, with the bearish triple yellow candles in force, accompanied by negligible whale momentum!

May as well share with everyone. On February 23rd I had my worse day in the market ever. (It was even too painful for me to share publicly on the day) I locked in over $1M in realized losses to return entirely to my highest conviction investment: $PATH I'm now down to my last $1M from >$10M in 2025 (which was >$9M in my portfolio and over >$1M in dry powder). Perhaps surprisingly to most if you, I'm still just as hopeful as I was at $10M that I will become a billionaire through investing. The way my strategy works, if I'm right about $PATH in the end, this pullback won't effect my long term returns at all. (Yes even despite the margin calls). Yes this is right. This is a screenshot of my portfolio (not my parents). I did not post about recent moves because it was too painful. Unrealized losses are one thing. They aren't real if you're fundamentally right about the business long term. But i created over $1M in realized losses on Feb 23rd... that hit my limit of being too painful to share. I moved back to all in $PATH to protect my last million+ 👇

With everyday that passes by I get more and more confident I can sell options full time. By selling options I’ll be able to quit my corporate job and will have enough runway to build a successful business. Selling options will keep the lights on, and my business will retire my bloodline. I will be successful. $HOOD $NBIS $META

Sometimes the market becomes so dumb it’s almost hard to believe. The options market for $DUOL has hit this point. Complete idiocy. Today I sold $90 strike puts expiring in January 2028 for $32.60. If assigned I would be paying $57.40 per share. At this point $DUOL would be valued at $2.66B. They have $1.1B of cash on their balance sheet. That brings their enterprise value to $1.56B. Their current cash flow run rate is roughly $300m. That would put their enterprise value to cash flow at 5X. In the meantime they’re growing 37%. Their cash flow is growing even faster. There’s zero chance that AI eliminates the desire to learn languages, let alone different subjects. We’ve seen zero impact to their business thus far. That’s about as close to free money as it gets.

@vladtiminski @grok @MrBDelany @LeveragedFun @TheRealBirnbaum You're not going to get massive user growth when you already have 439M active accounts compared to SOFI at 13.7M. PayPal growing accounts around 1% is a similar number of actual accounts added as SOFI growing around 35%. PayPal can't get 10% as that's 44M extra! That's a country!

Based on latest Q4/FY 2025 data (as of Feb 2026): - $PYPL: 439M active accounts (flat YoY), TPV growth +6% YoY. - $WISE.L: 10.9M active customers (+20% YoY), cross-border volume +25% YoY. - $HOOD: 27M funded customers (+7% YoY), transaction revenue +15% YoY. - $SOFI: 13.7M members (+35% YoY), loan originations +57% YoY (Q3). PYPL shows stagnation in users vs. stronger growth in peers. Sources: Company earnings reports.

@vladtiminski @TheRealBirnbaum imo it will easily outperform the market from here till 2030. its just math. you have a company that spits out $6b in cashflow and puts most of it into buybacks. the new CEO will prolly do layoffs too. yeah branded checkout sucks, but other aspects of biz are fine. fix checkout

@LeveragedFun @TheRealBirnbaum Imo pypl is an example of where something looks like free money but really isn't. This company is an example of prioritizing profit margins over customer satisfaction and will fail if they continue. But yeah. The valuation will keep looking good while they're at it
