Effective immediately, we are discontinuing all IT and Cybersecurity services in Ghana. After careful evaluation, I have concluded that the increasingly burdensome over-regulation of the IT/ICT sector has made it unsustainable and unprofitable to continue operating technology services in the country. This was not an easy decision, but a necessary one for the long-term viability of the business. Moving forward, Tactical Intelligence Security will focus our Ghana operations exclusively on defense supply and physical security guard services. All cybersecurity and IT services have been relocated to more favorable jurisdictions. I want to personally thank our clients, partners, and team members who have supported us over the years. We will be reaching out directly to all active clients to ensure a smooth transition. New inquiries for IT and cybersecurity services in Ghana will no longer be accepted. We remain fully committed to excellence in the services we continue to provide. Archzilon Founder & CEO, Tactical Intelligence Security

Announcement: Closure of IT and Cybersecurity Operations in Ghana Effective immediately, Tactical Intelligence Security is discontinuing all IT and Cybersecurity services in Ghana. Following a thorough review of the operating environment, we have determined that continued operations in Ghana are no longer viable. The increasing over-regulation and burdensome compliance requirements in the IT/ICT sector have made it unsustainable and unprofitable to run a technology company in the country. This was a difficult but necessary strategic decision to ensure the long-term sustainability of our operations. All cybersecurity services and solutions will now be managed from a more favorable jurisdiction. Please note that our defense supply and physical security guard services will remain the only services provided in Ghana. We will be contacting all active clients and partners directly to manage the transition of ongoing engagements in an orderly manner. New inquiries for IT and cybersecurity services will not be accepted in Ghana. We appreciate the support received over the years and remain committed to delivering excellent services to our clients. This is what happens when you lie for propaganda. The bill has not even made it to the cabinet before it gets to Parliament for the process of scrutiny to begin before it can actually be passed to become law. What actions is the government taking now that is different from the years your company was operating in Ghana? Before you start peddling propagandist falsehoods, at least do some homework. What government agency have you been working at that has changed its policy since January 7th, 2025, and what new law has been referenced?

SpaceX has almost finished writing V1.0 of an in-house AI training stack in C that exact-maps to 220k GB300s with 800G NICs, making heavy use of pipeline parallelism and getting as close to bare metal as possible. The potential speed improvement vs JAX for large training runs is over an order of magnitude.

🚨THE FBI CREATED A FAKE CRYPTOCURRENCY.. LISTED IT ON UNISWAP.. HIRED MARKET MAKERS TO PUMP IT.. THEN ARRESTED EVERYONE WHO SAID YES.. THIS IS THE CRAZIEST LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION IN CRYPTO HISTORY!!! The FBI built an actual ERC-20 token on Ethereum called NexFundAI.. 100 billion token supply.. A professional website.. Whitepapers promising "passive income through AI-powered investing".. It looked exactly like every other crypto project.. Because that was the point.. Undercover agents posed as the founding team.. Then reached out to professional market-making firms and said "we need you to fake our trading volume".. Every single firm said yes.. Here's what they recorded.. Gotbit.. A firm run by a 26-year-old Russian who publicly bragged in 2019 that he built a business faking trade volumes.. His team kept internal spreadsheets with columns literally labeled "fake volume" vs "market volume".. When asked how fast they could pump NexFundAI's volume to $1 million per day.. They said "6 hours.. It will cost about $200".. $200 to fake $1 million in daily trading volume.. MyTrade.. Run by a guy who called himself "the mastermind".. He explained the exact psychology of the scam on camera.. "We make the chart look like a really nice roller coaster ride.. That's where people jump in.. We have to make them lose money in order to make profit".. He said that on a recorded FBI video call.. CLS Global.. A Dubai-based firm.. Their bots generated 98% of NexFundAI's total trading volume.. When the FBI asked if they could sync fake volume spikes with fake news announcements.. They said absolutely.. ZM Quant.. Bots executing 10 to 20 trades per minute through dozens of wallets to look organic.. All of them knew it was fraud.. All of them did it anyway.. All of it was recorded.. And the clients were even worse.. Saitama.. A meme coin that hit $7.5 billion market cap.. The founders coordinated buys through private Telegram chats.. Sent "pump it" memes while manipulating the price.. Then dumped on retail investors.. $7.5 billion.. Built entirely on fake volume.. Every penny of real money came from retail investors who thought the momentum was organic.. One founder left Saitama and started Robo Inu.. Used Gotbit again.. Another launched VZZN.. Same playbook.. Lillian Finance.. Founder claimed to be a defense contractor who addressed Congress.. Marketed the token as funding children's hospitals.. Pocketed everything.. When the FBI shut it down.. They seized $25 million in one day.. 18 people indicted across the US, UK, and Portugal.. The CEO of Gotbit was arrested in Portugal and extradited.. Sentenced to 8 months plus $23 million forfeiture.. But here's the part that broke my brain.. Real people bought NexFundAI.. The FBI's fake token.. With zero utility.. Zero real developers.. Created solely to catch criminals.. Attracted real retail investors because the fake volume made the chart look bullish.. When the FBI pulled the liquidity to end the operation.. Those people lost real money.. On a government-issued token.. The FBI had to set up a restitution portal to pay them back.. And it gets worse.. Within 24 hours of the DOJ announcing the sting.. Someone cloned the FBI's exact smart contract.. Launched a copycat token.. Rode the viral momentum.. And made $127,000 in a single day.. Using the exact same manipulation tactics the FBI just arrested 18 people for.. Then in 2026.. The FBI did it again.. New token called Lexobit.. 10 more arrests.. Including operators extradited from Singapore.. IRS forensics showed that in one firm's trading.. 1,209 out of 1,221 consecutive transactions went straight back to wallets the firm controlled.. 99% circular.. The FBI proved what everyone in crypto suspected.. The volume is fake.. The charts are painted.. The momentum is manufactured.. And every time you buy a token because "the chart looks bullish".. You might be the exit liquidity.

THIS IS ACTUALLY INSANE!🤯 The FBI launched its own crypto token last year just to trap the scammers. They were sick of pump and dumps. So they built a real token with a real site and real branding, called it NexFundAI, and waited to see who would show up. Within weeks, scammers were lining up to fake the volume for undercover agents. Then one of them got on a recorded call and said it out loud. Their entire business model was making regular people lose money so they could profit. The FBI had all of it on tape. 18 charged. $25M seized. Arrests across 3 countries. The wildest part? The FBI ran a cleaner crypto project than half the founders out there. And the whole thing was a trap from day one.

#DropTheNITABill: Under Sections 35–37 of the Draft Bill, virtually every ICT activity, from building apps and SaaS platforms to cloud services and software development, would require a license from the new Authority. Even worse, licenses would be restricted to companies “wholly owned by a citizen.” This directly threatens the foreign capital, partnerships, and expertise that fuel Ghanaian success stories like @Hubtel (30M+ customers) and @mpharmamutti x @mPharmaHealth (2M+ patients reached). In a continent where cross-border scaling via @AfCFTA is the goal, this creates an isolationist “digital iron curtain” that deters venture funding and regional expansion. Innovation does not thrive when a young founder's first step is to fill out license forms and restructure ownership rather than build products. Hon. @Samgeorgegh & @MoKevor, this isn't the time for such a draconian approach to the Ghanaian ICT sector, as embodied in this bill. No! Not at all! macjordangh.com/nita-draft-bil… cc: @apdigh

#TechAdvocay 🇬🇭: Ghana should be building Africa’s next generation of tech giants. Instead, we are debating whether software developers, startup founders, cybersecurity professionals, AI engineers, and freelancers need government approval to work. If this #NITADraftBill2025 passes in its current form, it could become one of the most dangerous policy mistakes in Ghana’s digital history. 1️⃣. Let’s call this what it is: A Bill that risks turning innovation into permission. A young Ghanaian with a laptop, internet connection, and coding skills may now face certification barriers just to participate in the digital economy. 2️⃣. Section 46 of the NITA Draft Bill says no person can be appointed as an ICT professional in a public or private institution unless certified by the Authority. So now government wants to decide who is “qualified” to work in tech? That should scare every young Ghanaian. 3️⃣ Tech does not work like traditional bureaucracy. Some of the best developers in the world are self-taught. Some learned from YouTube. Some learned from GitHub. Some started from internet cafés. Innovation has never depended on permission slips. 4️⃣ Which major African tech ecosystem became successful through state licensing of developers? Not Nigeria 🇳🇬 Not Kenya 🇰🇪 Not Rwanda 🇷🇼 Not South Africa 🇿🇦 Those countries focused on startup growth, innovation funding, venture capital, infrastructure, and talent development. Not gatekeeping who can code. 5️⃣ Nigeria passed a @StartupActNg to CREATE an enabling environment for innovation and digital entrepreneurship. Ghana is discussing legislation that many young developers fear could RESTRICT entry into the ecosystem. That contrast matters. 6️⃣ Kenya became “Silicon Savannah” because regulators gave innovation room to breathe. Imagine if M-Pesa had first needed years of licensing bureaucracy before launch. Africa’s fintech revolution may never have happened. 7️⃣ Rwanda is aggressively positioning itself as an innovation destination for AI, fintech, cloud infrastructure, and startups. Meanwhile Ghana is debating prison terms, licensing structures, and enforcement powers around ICT participation. How are we competing globally with this mindset? 8️⃣ The Bill gives NITA broad powers to: • suspend licences • revoke licences • prohibit ICT activity • seize equipment • approve certain operational changes This goes far beyond “professional standards.” 9️⃣ The scariest part? The definitions are broad. “ICT services.” “Digital platforms.” “Related ICT activities.” In law, broad wording creates uncertainty and uncertainty kills startups. 🔟. Investors hate environments where rules can suddenly expand without clarity. Young founders avoid ecosystems where regulation feels unpredictable. Talent relocates where innovation feels safer. This is how brain drain accelerates. 11. Ghana already struggles with: • youth unemployment • startup funding gaps • venture capital shortages • limited support for creators and builders The tech ecosystem is one of the few spaces where young people can create global opportunities from Ghana. Why make entry harder? 12. The irony is painful. The same government talking about digital transformation may now create barriers for the very people driving that transformation. You cannot build a digital economy while policing innovation like a controlled profession. 13. Every major global tech success story started with experimentation. Facebook. Google. Stripe. WhatsApp. Flutterwave. Paystack. Most started with builders moving faster than regulation. 14. Regulation is important. Cybersecurity matters. Consumer protection matters. Data governance matters. But smart regulation protects innovation and bad regulation suffocates it. 15. Ghana needs policies that encourages: • startups • AI innovation • software engineering • digital freelancing • remote work • youth entrepreneurship • global competitiveness!
