102 Years ago, on 06 March 1924-The ‘Teen Murti’ statue representing 3 life size soldiers of Jodhpur, Mysore & Hyderabad Lancers was commissioned. Now called Haifa Chowk was then commissioned at cost of 9000 Pounds, paid by above three Princes.

224 years ago this week, the temples of ShrinathJi and DwarkadheeshJi were looted by Jaswant Rao Holkar.
There should be a proper memorial in Nathdwara for Thakur Vijay Singh of Kothariya, who died fighting Holkar’s army.

223 years ago, during this week, Jaswant Rao Holkar invaded Mewar to loot the temples of Mewar. Shrinathji was removed from Nathdwara and escorted safely to Udaipur. Holkar attacked and looted the temples of ShrinathJi in Nathdwara and DwarkadheeshJi in Kankroli.
