Only 1 Judgement we have said, other judgement we are confirming. So Civil number 3821, 3822 is dismissed. Civil appeal 9313 of 2014 allowed by setting aside the judgement of the high court in the RFA number of 421 of 2009 is subjected to what we have held the judgement decree pass in suite number 7934, 2000 won by the City civil court, Bangalore. ISKCON Bangalore wins the case.

Twenty-five years struggle of ISKCON-Bangalore devotees successful with the Supreme Court verdict.
The Supreme Court decreed that the famous ISKCON Hare Krishna Hill temple in Bangalore belongs to ISKCON-Bangalore society, and not ISKCON-Mumbai society. ISKCON-Mumbai society has been injuncted not to interfere with the affairs of ISKCON-Bangalore society.
