@nikkizitkova No, § 38v 2+3 je obecný bez ohledu na typ příjmu. FÚ v katastru může nahlížet nabývací tituly a mělo by být jedno, jestli jde o kupní nebo darovací smlouvu... Ale rozdíl mezi zákonem a realitou mi už daňová poradkyně v obecné rovinně také kdysi vysvětlila 😀

Není to perfektní, proto to nikdy nemůže být default. Třeba ČS pak blokuje platby u Deichmann v CZ protože mají terminály přes svůj rakouský merchant účet…

@lenny_cze @policky_lukas @CSOB_CZ Je úplně jedno, kolik zákazníků tuší o co jde. Prostě zablokuju DCA všem by default, a ať si to odblokuje kdo chce. Zbaví se tak nákladné režie se stížnostmi svých klientů na výběry v cizích bankomatech.

@bzamayo @rjonesy @drbarnard The Apple Qi charger certainly didn’t leave marks on 16 Pro. It does on Air, enough to leave it on it for an hour (scrubable, but still). And display units in stores certainly didn’t look scratched on day one last year either…
