@chaedria Yes. At my old office I always had a coffee, a water, and an herbal tea and/or seltzer. I’m also extremely clumsy so it was a hazard.

Baffled by the “I thought Barbie was a kids’ movie and now it has ruined mine with the woke agenda” ppl. Prob circular Venn diagram w/ don’t-say-gay’ers who feel it’s up to parents to determine what their children learn about. Did you not check the rating before you brought them?

I know I’m stupid because something I will always be delighted and awed by is how much my friends’ kids look like them. Surprised anew every day by how genes work.

*uses quiet voice* you need to be putting nutmeg in any bechamel based sauce. Not to be that guy. But…come on. We’re not animals here.

@TarotByBronx Virgo sun/Mars/Venus! If you feel yourself slipping, come back to your senses: name 5 things you can hear, feel, see, etc. if you’re there: Music, comfort TV/movies. I tend to rewatch a lot of stuff. (And no shame, meds.) a good down duvet/physical comforts.

I wanna ask the Virgo placements ONLY what they specifically do for anxiety management…sometimes I get in these anxiety spirals & I can’t get out until suddenly I’m no longer there. I need to know what to do while I’m there. 😵‍💫

@cmclymer Yes, every day I think. Now when I visit my mom she insists that I read HER a bedtime story!

@cmclymer Yes my mom did. I remember her reading the Little House books to me, and 40 years later, when she was disabled with dementia, I read them to her! ♥️😭♥️ She was the best.

In the 80s men could be like “Yes, I assault and rape young girls. But it would never have happened if it weren’t for the selfishness and depravity of their mothers.” And it would get printed in Newsweek so that chin-stroking men in offices could go “this pedophile is right.”

Does it make me an old man that this grammar feels wrong? With no verb in the question the ‘do’ comes out of nowhere. And shouldn’t it be ‘have’ not ‘do’ anyway?

@rgay We cover her ears with a snood - works well and also makes her look like she’s understudying for the road company of Fiddler

@rgay My poor bb lost it over fireworks in the middle of the street about 30 feet away. Picked her up / cradled her / tried to cover her ears but she wanted to run back to the apartment like she was escaping some disaster for her life. Imagine having no idea what the f is going on.
