It wud be better to validate from complainant before concluding as resolved. If reqd can share timings of power outages.

@Niva_Bupa must have a toll-free number to customer care. Present numbers are not toll free depriving customers with prepaid mobile numbers being unable to call. Even Support Executive have confirmed this deficiency.

@pmbjppmbi disappointing non availability of even basic medicines in Jan Aushadhi kendra at sector 53, Noida. Area Manager & Officers of this area are saying stocks not coming for the past 2-3 months. This is certainly not good. How will poor people buy medicines

@RailwaySeva @amofficialCRIS How long should the wait be. You replied on 28th Jan and today is 12th March. @AshwiniVaishnaw unfortunately sorry state of affairs. Even complains registered on CPGRAMS with reminders too remain yield no response and resolutions. Surely this is not VIKSIT BHARAT.

@IRCTCofficial after a long time attempted to book train ticket and worst nightmare experienced. Payment immediately deducted but ticket status - NOT BOOKED. Now raised concern - waste of time. Very poor app. @AshwiniVaishnaw sorry but disappointed.

Registering complaint in Jansunwai is even more herculean experience. Several absolutely unwanted questions are asked. Wanted to register complaint against pathetic UPPCL SMART APP but was most frustrating experience against most convenient expereience in CPGRAMS.

@jansunwai_up @CMOfficeUPmust massively improve portal & app. Extremely non-user friendly. Multiple attempts to know status fail. Even if English language is opted, doesn't work. Simply copy past good practices from CPGRAMS which is so user friendly and simplified.

@jiothings can you inform why OTP verification email is not received while adding email id in UPPCL SMART APP and how to resolve this as there are several customers struggling. Unfortunately @UPPCLLKO staff in Noida are blank in providing any solution.

@myogioffice where does a consumer go if no one in @UPPCLLKO respond/resolve issues pertaining to UPPCL SMART APP. Contacted 1912 several times; visited Sec 50 29 18 Noida offices; sent emails to officials but no bothers to assist or guide. App has no option to raise complain

@RailwaySeva @amofficialCRIS Even after 1wk still unable to book tkt in RAILONE. Two attempts money debited from wallet but tkt not booked. Frustrated. Seems NO ACCOUNTABILITY. @AshwiniVaishnaw pl intervene. It's like citizens money being looted by RAILONE. Pl discontinue RAILONE APP.

Pl reverse my RAIL1 wallet money. @AshwiniVaishnaw surely this is not the way to support your efforts of viksit Bharat.
