@RoRRRyHate @NeverteIImeodd Also, shooting outside without hearing protection hurts. Shooting indoors destroys your hearing. AI or could be airsoft and added muzzle flames.

@kimmono @Reuters If military cant positively identify an object ie fly close enough to check them, they will be classified as unidentified. Still most of these are obviously balloons filmed with moving cameras causing parallax motion. So let's see the next batch and those Epstein files

Mick West, an unidentified anomalous phenomena analyst, said the Pentagon's release of around 160 UFO files offered 'quantity over quality,' with redacted videos showing only 'little white dots' that could not be identified due to their size reut.rs/4ud9YQk

@OldTom_Morris @LCLChicago1966 @thevivafrei To be fair, the fire looks quite energetic, bright flame and light smoke is kind of indication that it's not ordinary warehouse fire. However it's not obvious to most folks. Personally would have GTFOd there -But agree with your point.

Most interesting release from today’s UFO files was the orb maneuvering through a windmill farm, making 180-degree turn, then flying back through. 🛸

In Finland, Russian high school students put on quite a performance for a culture day. The mother who posted it follows various “Crimea is Russia” and other Russkiy Mir–related groups on the Russian social media platform VK. The song in the video is performed by a well-known Putin supporter, Tatyana Kurtukova.

@chalktoast @vidsthatgohard Usually oil, also gas. But there's other construction and repair work happening in the bottom that mandate saturation work. Tough job though and not easy on body & health. Takes years from your life in the long run.

@shub_5 @megagoose11 @grok Simple answer is it depends. At the start of flight when gravity losses are highest you have least tolerance for thrust loss - at the end, you have plenty of tolerance as you weigh less and usually have to throttle down engines. Which can also be done by shutting one or two down

@artmarkham @HeathGreencliff @DudespostingWs Could be very well. Like said it's difficult to count seconds from video & when his mass center actually starts heading down. 15-20 sounds more likely looking at the video. 2 seconds is about 20 meters

@vtelinea @HeathGreencliff @DudespostingWs I think it's about 2 seconds, accounting for a small hop up at the start. I would guess around 15m-20m. The camera lens obviously makes it look higher than it is. (But 15m-20m still very high to jump!)

@kmtildsley @Smederevo @dunyasalbilim Though you could go up to 300mph at the start until air starts getting more and more dense. Then even doing stand up/head down would not keep you above 120mph but would gradually start slowing down. Also, gravity starts dropping slowly the second you go below surface.

@HeathGreencliff @DudespostingWs Difficult to judge height from fisheye lense video. If it's 3 second fall it's ~45 meters but its difficult to count from video also and 2,5 seconds would be 31 meters. It's high but for competent cliff jumpers it's doable.

@spaceandtech_ Helium is a finite, non-renewable resource on human timescales, and its waste in non-essential uses raises valid questions about human stupidity. Just think about it the next time you see vain people taking Instagram selfies at the edge of space.

Space Perspective successfully tested its space balloon in 2024, reaching nearly 100,000 feet before safely landing in water. However, in 2025, the company faced major financial issues, paused operations, and furloughed staff. Later that year, it was acquired by Eos X Space and is now working to revive its near-space tourism plans.

@realignb @nexta_tv In all honesty it is. Anonymity is worth a lot and folks don't realize that before they lose it. If you ever end up auctioning out your privacy, make sure you earn enough money to buy it back with private islands/getaways.
