@i2cjak It's really only useful to someone who knows what they are doing to write blocks of code, not whole applications. Grok does a good job designing simple analog circuits too, including making a spice model that you can then make work. Code is about the same.

The marketing term, "Grass-fed", is fairly meaningless now days.
Kerrygold butter was recently unsuccessfully sued for not disclosing that their grass-fed cows also ate grains.
It's not a lie. It's just not the complete truth.
Opt for 100% grass-fed or grass-fed/grass-finished if you want the real deal.
"Grass-fed" by itself, is just noise.

Added some aluminum mesh while troubleshooting as I thought another DB or more would help. Now getting a super good signal from this small mesh dish in the heat of the day. VIT is in the 200's.

Strange problem with my Vitality GOES station this past week. Pre-amp failed, replaced, worked until sunset and the VIT went thru the roof. I thought the sun must be the issue (Vernal Equinox occurs at 14:45 UT on March 20th) but it ended up being the COAX. Bad Coax.

@CaryKelly11 Both are true. Everything in moderation. Going by statistics vitamin D is probably a bigger issue over the entire population. Linolic acid makes getting a burn much more likely and with seed oils we get far too much of it. So like everything else it's pro and anti cancer.

There are close to a trillion cells in our skin that are responsible for processing sunlight into Vitamin D3 so maybe that's kind of important?

As a Gen Xer, I can tell you boomers and even my own generation comparing their 20s to today’s 20-30 year-olds needs to stop. I paid $600 for a West Hollywood apartment at 23. Today it’s $3500. Burgers weren’t $20, they were $6 to $8 in a nice restaurant. Life is not comparable. It’s a completely different world now.
